In this context, this study aims to develop a customer-centered marketing strategy by integrating the flywheel marketing approach into the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework for the Nasi Kebuli Dasuki MSME. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the business. The results of IFAS and EFAS analysis indicated that Nasi Kebuli Dasuki is positioned within an aggressive strategy quadrant, enabling the use of internal strengths to seize external opportunities. The proposed marketing strategy adopted a flywheel approach through three key stages: attract (drawing in customers), engage (building involvement), and delight (maintaining loyalty), all of which were systematically mapped into the nine BMC elements. Key findings demonstrate that this strategy effectively enhances customer loyalty, expands market reach through digital channels, and adds value through environmentally friendly practices and strong customer service. However, its poor soil fertility requires specific treatments to enhance nutrient content. This study evaluates the effect of Trichoderma harzianum (TH) on compost quality and the impact of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) on the growth of Hymenachne amplexicaulis (Rudge) Ness (kumpai grass). The first phase analyzed compost pH, N, P, K, C, and C/N ratio with treatments: P0= (control: 40% cow manure, 35% empty palm bunches, 20% palm fronds, 4% rice bran, 1% urea), P1 (P0 + 2% TH), P2 (P0 + 4% TH), and P3 (P0 + 6% TH). The second phase examined using a factorial design (3×2) of the effects of compost (A0=0 g, A1=12 g, and A2=24 g) and AMF (B0 =0 gr/pot, B1= 20gr/pot). Results showed that TH increased compost C, N, P, and C/N ratio but did not affect pH and K (P&gt;0.05). Compost and AMF interacted to improve Kumpai dry matter yield, while AMF alone increased the number of tillers. Plant height and root dry matter were unaffected. The best compost quality was</em> <em>obtained with 6% TH, while 20 g AMF per pot maximized tiller production. However, the productivity of native chickens is still relatively low. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of in ovo feed of glutamine on hatchability and hatching weight of native chicken egg. As many 300 fertile eggs used, which were injected with glutamine at day 7 of incubation period. The research was arranged as a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of 5 treatments, 3 replications. As for the treatments consisted of P0 (negative control); P1 (injected 0,5 ml 0,9% NaCl); P2 (injected 0,5 ml 0,5% glutamine in 0,9% NaCl); P3 (injected 0,5 ml 1,0% glutamine in 0,9% NaCl); P4 (injected 0,5 ml 1,5% glutamine in 0,9% NaCl). The results indicated that hatchability of the eggs fed in ovo by 0,9% NaCl (P1) and 0,5% glutamine (P2) were higher compared to the control and the other treatments. A solution to address this issue is through the bioconversion process using Black Soldier Fly larvae (BSFL). This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) production using quail excreta as a growth medium and to analyze biomass production (BSFL and BSFL Frass) because of bioconversion. This study used a Randomized Block Design consisting of 2 treatments: non-fermented quail excreta (P0) and fermented quail excreta (P1). The bioconversion process was carried out at 3 different time periods. The variables observed are bioconversion indicators: growth rate, conversion efficiency (ECI), the weight of the BSFL, the weight and the characteristics of the BFSL frass. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test. The average growth rate of BSFL P0 (10.97%) and P1 (12.52%) was not significantly different, in line with the conversion efficiency (ECI) value in the P0 treatment (0.08) and P1 treatment (0.11). The bioconversion results showed that the production of BSFL in non-fermented quail excreta media reached 10.97% ± 6.74%, while in fermented excreta media it reached 12.52% ± 1.98%. It is necessary to conduct a study related to business analysis, with a particular focus on profit analysis in the current context, marketing development based on the principles of the marketing mix, and a SWOT analysis. The objective of this study is to evaluate the financial performance of ABC farms and to identify potential avenues for business growth through enhancements in marketing strategies and an examination of internal and external factors influencing business outcomes through a SWOT analysis. The research method employed is descriptive and quantitative and qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with farm owners and relevant stakeholders, direct observation at the farm location, and a review of the relevant literature. The financial analysis of the ABC Dairy Farm indicates that it continues to generate profits in each production period, as evidenced by the positive results observed. The Internal and External Factor Evaluation (IFE, EFE) matrix analysis yielded a value of 3,53, indicating a robust capacity to capitalize on opportunities and leverage strengths in the face of potential threats and business weaknesses. The main income from this business is hydroponic education and training activities. The problem to be examined is that in recent years there has been a fluctuation in the number of visitors and training participants. This study aims to analyze the performance of agroedutourism at PT Hidroponik Padjadjaran Indonesia. In this research balanced scorecard approach is used which is based on financial, customer, internal business process, and learning perspectives. The results of the study indicate that from the financial perspective, the Return on Asset (ROA) value is 0,25 percent per year, Return on Equity (ROE) is 10,57 percent per year and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) value is 44 percent per year. From the consumer perspective, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value is 80 percent of consumers who are satisfied with the company's performance. From the learning perspective, with the results of 73,93 percent employees are satisfied with the company's performance. Morover from the internal business perspective, it is known that there are two innovative products produced that support the company's performance. The financial perspective show that ROA value is below the standard. The limited space owned by the grower is the main obstacle in the cultivation of red lettuce in the city so that vertical or vertical cultivation techniques are needed. The vertical technique used is Wiremesh Tower Garden (WTG) verticulture. The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of the growth and production of red lettuce in WTG with conventional cultivation in the field. The environmental design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of two factors, namely cultivation techniques as the first factor consisting of WTG and conventional/open land. While the spacing is the second factor which consists of 10x12 cm and 20x24 cm. The results of this study indicate that the wiremesh tower garden planting technique provides more efficient results in the cultivation of red lettuce. Strawberries' quality and freshness require storage at an optimal and stable temperature, ideally between 0–4 °C. If the temperature is too low or too high, it may experience a decline in quality, nutritional value, and physical damage such as wilting, decay, or excessive moisture. This study aims to develop an automatic temperature monitoring system enabling users to monitor storage conditions via a web-based application. The system utilizes a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor, ESP32 microcontroller, and an I2C LCD connected to Thingspeak.com to monitor temperature over 12 days at 4°C, calibrated using a thermohygrometer. The results show fruit color tends to darken during storage, with decreasing a* (redness) and b* (yellowness) values. The pH of the strawberries ranges from 3 to 6, indicating low acidity and falling below the ideal range. Weight loss percentage increased during storage, especially in cut strawberries with non-vacuum packaging, reaching 74,52%. Additionally, the moisture content in both whole and cut strawberries stored in non-vacuum packaging increased during storage. The study was conducted from April to July 2022. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires and secondary data collection. The respondents of this study came from agro-tourism managers and agro-tourism visitors who were randomly selected as many as 30 people. The descriptive analysis used is the analysis of general conditions, market analysis and acceptance analysis. The results of identification in the field show that the current agro-tourism spatial landscape is not optimal. Based on the results of the market analysis shows the importance and priority of developing the facilities desired by visitors, it is necessary to add facilities, the area of the driveway area, the area of parking lots, a place to relax (gazebo and seating), a place of worship (musholla), a place to stay overnight (homestay), a canteen / café, a trash can, toilet / wc, selfie area, and a wifi area. NPK fertilizer is one of the inorganic fertilizers that is used very efficiently in increasing the availability of macro nutrients N, P, and K replacing single fertilizers which are sometimes difficult to obtain and very expensive. Kale itself is a plant that is rich in nutrients, moreover it contains many high antioxidants and other good compounds and is also classified as a superfood plant. However, the development in Indonesia is still low due to land degradation and fertilizers that have been contaminated by other materials. The use of encapsulation in fertilizers is needed because it provides many benefits such as increasing soil binding capacity to water, facilitating root growth, storing water longer, efficient use and can be used in agricultural land, plantations, and critical land reclamation. The provision of NPK encapsulation can increase the effectiveness of plants, increase the substance of soil humus, growth hormones, enzymes and organic compounds in the soil. This study used a completely randomized design with two factors, namely the frequency of fertilization (once, twice, and thrice). The second factor is the encapsulation dose with 4 levels including control, 10, 15, and 20 gram. The results showed the best results in N1P1 for plant height, N1P2 for plant fresh weight with a dose of 10 grams and a fertilization frequency of 1 time and a dose of 10 grams and a fertilization frequency of 2 times. This study aims to examine the physical, microbiological, and organoleptic characteristics of dali by using a coagulant of Agave angustifolia leaf juice and fresh cheese with commercial rennet coagulant during low-temperature storage. This research was carried out for 12 days and every 4 days pH, Total Plate Count (TPC), and organoleptic tests were observed, resulting in data on fresh dali and cheese H0, H4, H8, and H12 with low temperature storage. This research design was carried out in 3 replications and analyzed using the T-test to obtain TPC and pH data, while for organoleptic data using Kruskal-Wallis. The results of the analysis on the Total Plate Count (TPC) of dali and fresh cheese showed a significant difference (P&lt;0,05), namely on day 0, while the pH test of dali and dangke showed a significant difference (P&lt;0,05) on day 0 and 4th. This research aims to analyze the effect of aeration automation and the best aeration duration on the growth and production of romaine lettuce plants in a floating raft hydroponic system. The research was conducted at Greenhouse UG Technopark in May-June 2023. This experiment used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design with 4 aeration duration treatments: no aeration (control), 6 hours aeration/day, 15 hours/day aeration, and 24 hours/day aeration. Each treatment was repeated 5 times so that there were 20 experimental units and consisted of 5 samples for a total of 100 samples. The results of this research show that aeration 24 hours/day has a real influence on the parameters of plant height in the 3rd week, leaf length, leaf width, leaf wet weight, and root shoot ratio (P&lt;0,05). Aeration 24 hours/day provides the best results for the growth and production of romaine lettuce plants. The results show that currently only 45% of partner farmers have implemented vegetable production technology due to farmers' constraints in the availability of capital, fear of implementing new technology, and limited knowledge and information. The drying temperature of gembili chips that is less than optimal will result in low flour quality. The purpose of this study was to obtain the optimal temperature and drying time for gembili chips. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Gembili chips were dried at 60<sup>o</sup>C, 70<sup>o</sup>C, and 80<sup>o</sup>C. Each drying temperature was 6, 8, and 10 hours with three replications. Gembili chips were milled using a blender at 1800 rpm. Drying is done mechanically using an electric oven. Sifting using tyler size 70 mesh. Testing the quality of gembili flour fineness modulus, yield, whiteness degree, and water content. Study results, namely the temperature and drying time of gembili chips affect the quality of gembili flour produced. This study used a Split-Plot Randomized Block Design with two factors, namely peeling factor (peeling and without peeling) and providing various ZPT (control, Rootone F 10 g L-1, shallot extract 200 g L-1, bean sprout extract 200 g L -1, and young coconut water). The results showed that the combination of stem bark peeling and shallot juice soaking was able to increase the proportion of pink bougainvillea (Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd.) cuttings growing by up to 87% compared to Rootone F immersion. The purpose of this study was to compare the production performance of broiler chickens kept in a closed house without IoT and a closed house using IoT (Smart Pro). The IoT system is used to control temperature, humidity, and air quality in real time. Observations were made for eight periods, from August 2022 to March 2023. The observed data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that broiler chickens reared on Smart Pro had a lower average feed consumption with a higher final weight, so the feed conversion value tended to be lower. There is no difference in the percentage of depletion or performance index between the two observations. The application of IoT technology in broiler rearing shows a tendency for an increase in production performance (final weight and feed conversion). However, milkfish washing water waste is usually thrown away, causing environmental pollution. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the fulfillment of nutrients in mustard microgreens through the application of cassava fertilizer and milkfish washing water and to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of farmers towards the fulfillment of nutrients in mustard microgreens through the provision of cassava fertilizer and milkfish washing water. This study method used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors with 12 treatments and 4 replications. The first factor consists of K0 = soil (100%), K1 = kasgot 10%, K2 = kasgot 30%, K3 = kasgot 50%. The second factor consisted of B0 = Control, B1 = milkfish washing water 50 mL/L, B2 = milkfish washing water 100 mL/L. This research aims to compare differences in seed density and the addition of organic nutrients in the form of shallot skins to the productivity of maize green fodder. Fodder planting is done using a hydroponic system with an automatic watering system. The variables measured were fresh and dry biomass production, conversion of green fodder to seeds, plant height, and nutrient content in corn seeds and green fodder. The experimental design used was a 3 x 2 completely randomized factorial design with treatment factors in the form of seed density (1,25; 1,5; and 1,75 kg/m<sup>2</sup>) and organic nutrition (soaking with tap water and soaking with shallot skin). The results showed that the production of fresh biomass, dry biomass, and plant height were significantly different (P&lt;0,05) influenced by seed density. The treatments were P0 = control (compost without fish bone meal), P1 = compost + 5 g fish bone meal/polybag, P2 = compost + 10 g fish meal/polybag and P3 = compost + 15 g fish meal/polybag. The results showed that the supplementation of fish bone meal had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and number of tillers of setaria grass (P&lt;0.05). The higher the provision of fish bone meal in compost, the higher the growth of setaria grass. Control with fungicides has not been able to provide maximum results, because the fungus can move due to water splashes, especially in the rainy season. The use of antagonistic fungi against Colletotrichum capsici. has been widely published but is still limited to laboratory and greenhouse scales. This study aims to analyze the potential of Bogor isolate Trichoderma viride antagonist fungus against the fungus C. capsici through in-vitro study in the laboratory, screen houses, and field conditions. The experiment was structured using Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with parameters that measured respectively the antagonistic ability, and the percentage of attack by C. capsici and the severity of anthracnose disease on chili plants were both tested in screen house condition. Bogor Isolate T. viride has potential as a biological control agent for chili plants. This is proven by the ability to suppress the growth of C. capsici by 71% in vitro. The use of the fungus T. viride with a concentration of 7x10<sup>6</sup> conidia/ml (full strength) can suppress the development of anthracnose by 59 to 87% under screen house conditions.
